People behind the counter were not friendly and try to go too fast. They seemed very stressed and that caused me to feel stressed. The lasagna was way too salty. All I could taste was salt.

I was living time ago in Verona. me and my wife loved this place. The owner and his staff are very helpful and funny. Really nice bar in Verona center with good food an good prices. See you next time in Verona..

A very pleasant place in Verona. Ideal for braekfast, a excellent cup of coffee, a home made lunch or a good glass of wine. Gianni, the owner, is very plaesant to talk to, but be aware of his jokes.Do not miss this place when you visit Verona!

The owners were so nice. Food was great. The owners were so nice and you could tell they took pride in their food. Very affordable and we were stuffed after. Think it should fall in the cheap eats category. 6.5 for pasta, 7.5 for lasagna, 10 for mixed plate and 12.5 for a fish.

We got there thanks to the fact that we did not follow the known and besieged streets. When we walked on that cozy little street we want to stay they longer. Thats way we choosed Bar G&G. And when we found that is plenty of vegetarian food we knew we stay! We spent there 2 hours by eating and drinking vine. Friendly staf, good taste of food, good prices. Recommended!

Really enjoyed this street overall, loads of atmosphere but not always the easiest to get a table. Our waiter was great from start to finish. Had to sit inside until there was table available outside which was about 20 mins. Tried a local itlian beer which went down a treat. Has Mutiple glasses of white/red Aperol spritz. This was a Friday night with a lot of local people. Overall recommend

after 10 days in pescheria we spent the last day in verona before we flew back to Denmark. we were looking for a place to have our last lunch, but found the price level quite high on all restaurants and we were not too enthusiastic about the poshness of them all. then we suddenly came over this beautiful unimaginable but very cozy place and we had the mixed tasting plate. we have not regretted this, we could mix free from the vex and everything tasted fantastic. the price was much lower than any other restaurants we had been making. the service was very informative, helpful and friendly and at the end they offered coffee on the house. we come back at any time.

Then suddensly we came across this nice unpretensious, but very cozy, place and we had the mixed tasting plate. We did not regret this, we could mix freely from the counter buffet and everything tasted fantastic. The price level was much lower than all other restaurants we had come along. The service was very informative, helpful and friendly and at the end they offered coffee on the house. We would come back any time.

We decided to do a day trip to Verona and what a great decision that was. The city is delightful as outstanding as Venice itself. Beautiful surroundings,lots to see and the icing on the cake was bar G&G. We stopped of for coffee,€1 sold it to me. As we were there the proprietor and his crew were busily preparing lots of different dishes which we could see were as fresh as a daisy. In a nutshell the main dish, be it lasagne, tuna salad, or a smaller portion of both is €7 then you can add another 5 options for another €2/3. The result is a very large dish of freshly made Italian specialities to blow your taste buds off. Wash it down with classic red wine €2 and you will have a splendid meal. T...
