"Locale di gran classe e che ti fa sentire a casa fin dal primo passo. All’ingresso viene presa la temperatura e si viene “igienizzati” da una sorta di macchinario. Vengono inoltre prese le giacche ed è già predisposta una sedia per la borsa o un piccolo gancio per il tavolo. Inoltre quando ci si avvicina al dolce, viene pulito accuratamente il tavolo dalle briciole. Bellissima vista lago. Il cibo è eccellente ma purtroppo venendo dal cenone di capodanno abbiamo preso solo un primo ed il dolce. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti da ogni cosa e i prezzi tutto sommato non sono così alti se consideriamo tutto il servizio. Il servizio è accogliente, preciso e eccellente. Sicuramente il punto di forza, bravissimi."

"super lakefront location, pampered customers with impeccable and professional service (places changed to every flow, nursery trolleys etc.). very good food, varied menu as from very few other parts (lake, sea and land). In? private parking small and little uncomfortable (but you can still park in the immediate vicinity,) prices a high and sweet watermark not to the rest according to me (an ice cream ball with a little fruit and a euro wafer). overall also abundantly promoted for the carinery of the gentlemen who manage it!"

"The restaurant offers a good range of local food like fish from the lake. It's great to have Ravioli, Tortellini, Polenta or more as an alternative for pizza which we've eaten a lot during our stay. By the way you can order Bavarian beer here as well as IPA. The prices are normal between 10-16€ for a main gear. It is located in the very centre of Mandello close to the Moto Guzzi factory. You find old pics and merchandising stuff in the restaurant which gives the atmosphere a nice local charme. We can definitely recommend this restaurant even for a romantic dinner as well as an evening with friends."

"Expensive and poor service. Meal started off well, staff were attentive, wine was nice. After ordering 4 out of 5 meals arrived after 10 minutes and then the last dish we had to ask TWICE for it after another 10 minutes turned out it hadn’t even been made and we had to wait for the kitchen to make the dish. This meant one person was sat watching us eat ours as they were going cold. The staff didn’t seem to care that we were waiting and they didn’t even apologise."

"Good location, there are several restaurants nearby. But the prices are high. There is free parking 200-300 meters from the hotel. There is also a beautiful waterfront nearby. The room is very warm (January), there is everything you need, including towels, soap, shampoo, cream, hair dryer, kettle, tea, refrigerator, bottle of water and more. Our room was on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Very quiet, you can't hear your neighbors. The only negative is that there are not enough curtains or blinds. At night, the light of the lantern was very disturbing and in the evenings people in the neighboring house could watch us in the room and also in the bathroom. The breakfast is modest, but enough to have a snack. There is bread, baguette, cheese, ham, croissants, pie, toast, butter, cereal, yogurt, etc. In general, everything was good, I liked it."
