La botte di Arena Metato è un ristorante a conduzione familiare attivo dagli anni '90. Gli interni non sono mai cambiati e questo conferisce al locale un suo stile vintage. La cucina è ottima e propone ricette casarecce, sia di terra che di mare, che il titolare è onestissimo a spiegare. Consigliato ad esempio per i porcini e per ottimo pesce. I open the menu be disconcerted by the variety of offer of the first and second! The choice is difficult. We opted for a sea starter and one with mixed slices: good both of us. For the first, the risotto with the excellent porcini and the ravioli with the very good bottarga. Instead of the second we preferred to take noodles to the porcini and cream: Good. The cakes didn't really satisfy us. The waiting times are really a bit excessive, overall however, quality and price, are worth a return.

Purtroppo non si trovano più ristoranti così al giorno d'oggi, dove puoi cenare tranquillamente mangiando cose preparate con amore e a prezzi che sono rimasti quelli di una volta dove con 15€ si poteva prendere primo secondo e contorno.
