"We sat down in the wine bar side with food from the market stalls. We didn’t get to see a wine menu but the waiter asked us our preference of wine and brought us a glass each, making us try it first to see if we liked it. Nothing to complain about, very good wine! However, I don’t really appreciate being served something without knowing the cost of it, seems to me a pretty basic part of any trade. When we had to pay £14 per glass I was a bit disappointed… not in the price but in the fact that if you are serving a pretty pricey glass of wine you should let the customer know. Unless it’s a house wine at £5 per glass I don’t think it is fair to “trick” the customers that way. I may have ordered the glass anyway knowing the price, but it’s just not a correct way to do business"

Excellent little bar tucked away up Ropewalk Bermondsey. Seek it out for a good wine something to eat (snack on).

Very nice place and service Food is very good but portions are very, very small for the expensive prices they have

very tasty tapas! Quite expensive though! 9.50£ for 3 croquettes : Pan con tomate it was a good portion but still… is just bread and tomato for 6.50£… food was tasty but we won’t come back

Service and food quality were top notch! I will definitely come back. Spanish taste at its finest : I recommend croquetas, sobrasada with honey and Cheese's tart (Tarta de Barros . Plenty wine selection as well. Ver carta

The Tapas were okay. The chorizo wasn’t great neither was the octopus. The pork was excellent, but the whole place was just a bit average. Too much competition in London to rate this any more than average, unfortunately. Many better places, not that far away. Probably won’t be back.

Their jamon iberico was out of this world. Freshly sliced to order which makes a big difference. Lovely wine and tapas selection. We had a morcilla tapa and pan con tomato. Nice wine selection. We are huge fans of Spanish food— we can’t wait to return and try more of the menu. Friendly staff and cozy vibes.

I always find these places overrated. The typical tapas dishes are overpriced and unremarkable. We had the charcuterie board too, which was really small for £30 and nothing special. I've visited many wine bars in London, and this board was one of my least favorites. Additionally, we all experienced stomach pain after our dinner, and I suspect it was due to something we ate there. Ver carta

Having discovered back in 2022, this place has been my favourite restaurant in London. I usually go there to enjoy food and drinks (especially, Akemi Rioja wine) after work with friends. This time I took my 16 year old daughter so that I can introduce her to good food and the unique atmosphere that cannot be experienced in chain restaurants. We are pescatarians but still had a plenty of options i.e., octopus, tortilla, muscles, blue fin tuna with avocado and artichoke dishes. The man, I believe the owner, helped us decide on the dishes and we loved every single one.

Absolutely delicious. We were so fortunate to have found this restaurant on our travels to London. The food was heavenly and the staff was so kind and friendly. Having just arrived to town we were not familiar with the area and the latest Euro match had just finished and crowds were everywhere but we thankfully arrived just as a table freed up and it led to one of the best meals I have had in a while. We can easily imagine Bar Tozino on our next trip to Spain with its authentic flavors and variety. We will be referring all our friends in the area to visit and enjoy a meal or a drink with some of the best. Ojala que nos veamos pronto en Zaragoza!
