Barburrito - Carta

After eating this food I was throwing up and having terrible diarrhoea all night. Would never go here again

Staff were rude and unhelpful. Menu was confusing, and staff made no effort to help and had very little patience. Three girls all giggling instead of helping. Will not be returning.

I ordered takeout from this place last night, and the food was great. The burritos were large and satisfying, and the cheesy chips were delicious. The food arrived quickly, so I have no complaints. Overall, it was a good meal. Ver carta

Ordered two veggie burritos, both servers kept asking if we wanted various meats as there were no vegetables available. Had to repeat that we were veggie three times. The end result was barely a burrito and fell apart as soon as I tried to eat it. Absolutely would not recommend this location save your money and your sanity.

My husband and I came to this restaurant for lunch and ordered a vegetarian burrito each, which we really enjoyed. The ingredients have changed a bit over time, now including pickled onions and red cabbage, and the sour cream comes in bottles. My only complaint was that we were not offered any sour cream or informed about the extras, such as the red cabbage, until it was put on the burrito. However, this did not bother us too much as we have been here many times before and enjoy all the vegetables. The burrito was well wrapped and held together nicely. The guacamole was also great.

We love Barburrito, but don't go often due to not living near one and not getting into Liverpool much, due to my inexperience when we arrived I had to ask what everything was when it came to fillings, and gosh was I made to feel like an imposition, I understand working there and hearing the same things over and over again must be frustrating but we were the second customer in that day and already the staff were unimpressed, not what you'd expect in customer service, I found myself apologizing for asking what the options were, I left feeling embarrassed and it wasn't a nice feeling, the food was great when we got it which I suppose is enough really, but customer service was severely lacking. I had never dined at this restaurant before, as I had previously walked past it but the place we originally wanted was full. After checking the Find Me Gluten Free app, this restaurant was recommended to us. We were impressed by the variety of gluten-free choices and the staff's accommodating attitude towards gluten-free options. The food was delicious and intriguing, and we will definitely be returning. The server changed her gloves, cleaned the entire counter surface, and directed other staff to do the same to ensure there was no cross-contamination. I ordered a “too good to go” to collect between 21:10 and 21:30 today. As I got there at 21:17, the server, a skinny girl with wavy black hair said that the food had been thrown away because I was late. I mentioned that this was inaccurate because it said that collection was from 21:10. The server teased me asking what time was it, and when I answer that it was 21:17 she said “well…it’s not 21:10 anymore is it?”. Another girl, with glasses, got in between saying that i was late. I just asked for a refund. The girl in glasses said that I’d get one. As I left I saw them laughing at me/the situation. I 'd never been here before and wouldn 't go again based on this experience. The menu made no sense and the staff made no effort to explain how it worked. I was under pressure to order, so just asked for a 'vegetarian burrito '. The girl who served me then asked which meat I wanted (on my VEGETARIAN burrito! and she spoke in such a rushed manner I could barely make out what any of the other options were. The resulting burrito was tasteless, bland and soggy. The 'fajita veg ' had no seasoning on, and the mushrooms were essentailly undrained tinned mushrooms.
