"There are a couple of things that went wrong during our visit here. We were taken to our table and told to scan a QR code to order our food. Once we did that we were told that we shouldn't have but order and pay for the food at the cash till. The staff was nevertheless able to sort it out but, unfortunately the online order was not properly picked up and one of the dishes we ordered was brought with the extra spice sauce (instead of the one ordered). Again, things were sorted out by the staff but the overall experience was sub-par. The good was ok-ish but would probably not return soon."

Compact and cosy environment. Food was as you'd expect from a nandos. The layout is a bit odd, with the drinks machine around the corner of the ice and ice cream machine, so nearly never found it. Another solid Nandos

Ordered directly through the Nandos website. Waited 25 minutes past the order ready time to be told there was some 'integration ' issue and it would take another 10 minutes. Will not be ordering takeaway from this Nandos branch again.

Got there at 19:45 and had to wait 40 minutes to have a table, acceptable since was a group of 6, but when got seated around 20:30 there was no more whole chicken. For a place that serves chicken as base, and at a Friday night at this hour it was not great. Ver carta

By far the worst Nandos within their chain, whether it’s busy or quiet, lunchtime or after hours they never meet the time they state for food being ready, always stood around in a cramped waiting area for 15 mins+. It’s not the staffs fault, but the system they have there just isn’t working.

We ordered the Full Platter and found the chicken and sides to be delicious! It was the perfect amount of food for two people. The staff was friendly, especially François who made an effort to ensure we understood everything since we were speaking French. We highly recommend this restaurant without hesitation! Thank you!
