"I always liked to order there, but meanwhile the 25 € take at least. order, this is not worth when you order for 2 people. Too bad they have become so greedy after the money, but then the angel kitchen has finished for us. "Super freundlicher Service, nett gestaltete, hippe Location gesundes Fast Food! Das Konzept finde ich super: 3 versch. Salate zur Auswahl, dann kann man sich 5 Toppings plus eine Soße aussuchen. Dazu gibt es Falafel oder veganen Kebap. Ich meine, es gab 6 versch. Hummussorten. Ne ne den klassischen Gemüsevariationen gibt es zB auch marinierte Kichererbsen, Couscous mit Aubergine Granatapfel, roten Bulgur mit Datteln, ... Das Gericht gibt es entweder als Bowl oder Wrap. Die Verpackungen sind CO2-neutral biologische abbaubar. Alles auch zum Mitnehmen. Draußen sitzen kann man auch gut! Bei der Getränkeauswahl fehlt auch nichts: Club Mate, Fritz, Proviant. "Nos recibieron calurosamente y nos llevaron a nuestra mesa. Nuestro pedido fue recibido de inmediato. Trajeron bebidas y comida rápidamente. La calidad de la comida y las bebidas fue excelente y los ingredientes utilizados fueron de alta calidad. Las raciones eran definitivamente más que suficientes para el gran hambre. Nos gustó mucho. Desafortunadamente, nuestro lugar estaba frente a la puerta principal. Con las temperaturas invernales hacía frío de vez en cuando cuando los clientes entraban o salían del restaurante. En general, la visita fue muy buena y nos encantaría volver."

"Had last visited and eaten at the Brauhaus in 2006 so this was a trip down memory lane. Their is a saying that you should never go back, but this definitely not the case here. The food was even better than I remembered. I had the wild boar in a rich gravy with red cabbage flavoured with a pear and red currant sauce and a potato side. It was to die for. I accompanied this with a large Warsteiner beer which was crisp and refreshing. I then had the doughnuts with pears and cream for dessert and they were equally superb. The Brauhaus is my favourite bar in Paderborn. It is perfect for a couple or for a large group night out. I would recommend booking ahead in the Spring/Summer. You will not be disappointed."

"we were too hospitable with friends last Sunday with owners gabriel and his family.They are the biggest effort to prepare selected meals quickly and cheaply. The restaurant has about 70 seats. in the dining room there is a cool chest in which the fresh seafood can be selected directly.Gold-dorade, tintenfisch, sebling, sea wolf, salmon, thunfisch and seasonal mosquitoes and many other fish dishes are available.In addition, there is a whole series of meat dishes, as well as special special steak and pizza/paste stone preparation. Although the owner gabriel does not make any advertising and despite the edge of paderborn, very many masters come, as well as guests from far away, who come on recommendation.Also the offers of alcoholic drinks are very large.You feel very welcome. Often there are also eating groups, companies or family-proof instead of in the tastefully decorated spaces.The portions are very generous, a Doggy-Bag is created.Here it is easy to become mastery."
