We was there last night and it was shockingly expensive for what it was! No nice seating, sticky dirty floors and plastic cups!!! I won’t even mention the toilets that was so shockingly bad if the council paid them a Visit they would be shut...down!!! It’s a very popular bar but not sure why?

The worst customer service experience ever. I get these are COVID times but it's insane. The people working here have 0 customer service skills. I've seen groups come and go because is coming to serve them. I waited minutes before someone took...my order. Got my drinks minutes after and paid for all including food. minutes later and I am still waiting for my food. If I hadn't paid id have left just like the other groups. It's a joke.

some of my very drunk friends were convinced to come in the evening with the banging carrot of happy hour. despite the bar staff that doesn't know that, and just like Ja-Okay whatever, when asked. I had flashbacks. to visit this place a few years ago and charged for a small fish bowl and a few red bulls. the place has since been seriously downhill. Sticky tables, watered cocktails with barely alcohol, bad smell and only terrible music. was literally there for minutes. I didn't drink for the luck, so only had a warm coke. Ver carta

Went through bottles of hand sanitiser during my first mins here. Tables are sticky. Wouldn’t be surprised if there were rats. Smells like a working men’s club- damp and mouldy. It’s a sticky situation... Covid-safe? I don’t think so. Kinda scared to order...food to be honest. Pretty sure there was **** on the stairs down... help It said happy hours everyday on the website but when we got there they said it was only during the week. Prices go up after pm and jagerbombs are And trust me the money isn’t going towards the facilities or staff training... didn’t know if I wanted to cry, leave or cry. Drinks are nice though.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tables were sticky and dirty. The entire place was empty and not a good vibe. The prices of all the drinks are more in the bar than what’s advertised online and when we asked why that...was they just said there was nothing the could do about it and was very unhelpful. The fish bowl was just juice and couldn’t taste any alcohol in it. I definitely would not return and would urge everyone else not to go here. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! ALSO FOOD HYGIENE RATING IS We was also told we had to pay per person to secure our booking due to high demand… the place was completely empty so no high demand and they told us they couldn’t give us our money back. Firstly when we arrived, the tables hadn’t been cleaned and were horribly sticky. Standards of cleanliness in this bar are dreadful. The toilets were something else.. I’ve never seen anything so awful.. There were some random sofas in the toilets? Strange not?? To add to...this, the service was awful. Took about mins to get the attention of the lady who clearly had no idea how to interact with customers. On multiple occasions she ignored us. As expected, drinks took about mins to arrive. No where near enough staff. Lady was on her phone and none of the staff were wearing masks properly. There seemed to be some issue with the food… I think it isn’t even prepared on site..
