I love that this restaurant exists in central station! I definitely want to try their smoothies. This time I just got their cookie. I was a little disappointed about how dry it was. Replacing the coconut sugar with maple syrup might help. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tasty vegan food. I recommend It for dinner if you are like me that don't want heavy food for dinner. It is healthy and satiating and I can sleep better than if I eat pizza or pasta (I leave these for lunch) Price is also good. The only thing is that is cold food. I ordered a bowl of quinoa and lentils with the 3rd souce that has moustard. I don't remember Its name. Please remember that the stablisment is inside the mercato centrale where you will find more food places. It doesn't show the name so have a look in Google the photos to identify the place. Out of all the possibilities we had in this small market , we chose the Base V Juicery to have our breakfast. The “hummus toast sliced avocado arugula egg” was DELICIOUS! The “hummus toast quinoa sweet potatoes” too and very very fresh. The cookies, brownies and banana breads were very good (especially the brownie but very dense. However, I don 't recommend the filter coffee... (The waitress tried to tell us to have the coffee on the side but we didn 't understand the subtlety.. : ' . She was very kind and helpful and even offered to add maple syrup to the coffee for a little sweetness. I recommend this place!
