"2 huge disappointments. Dry pizza, much too cooked, whole parts without tomato sauce, no consideration of paid supplements or remarks, very disappointed. The pizza received tonight is far from the one you served before. I’ve been a guest at home for a few years and I’ve always loved your pizza. But for a few months the quality has fallen considerably, and my last two orders will have been due to my fidelity. In times of rush I can understand and tolerate some forgotten, but there it is clearly neither done nor to do. If your team is not ready to deal with this affluence it may be better to temporarily stop the delivery during service in order to focus on the orders already received."
