Bayleaf Indian - Carta

Tonight, I went out to dinner with my family and we were all impressed by the lovely ambiance, delicious and fresh food prepared with care by the chef. Easily the best meal we've ever had!

Party of 7. Food was lovely and I really thought that the time in between dishes was perfect. Service was good although, some confusion. Did not echo the food as that was brilliant. Thank you for a lovely evening :

When we arrived, a rude doorman told us not to enter, so we went through the pub entrance to find our table. However, we soon discovered that the venue was fully booked for a party, and all the tables were occupied. As a result, we were unable to get any food. Ver carta

I have been to many places, but this one at the top of my list. The food is the best in the area and my wife loved it too. The staff are all friendly and the cook is exceptional. If you enjoy mixed grill and curry, this is the place for you. I will definitely be returning soon.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The Indian and Bangladeshi food was genuinely delicious and expertly cooked with passion and pride. This place is a standout among all the restaurants we've tried. I highly recommend giving it a try - you won't be disappointed!

When our meals did arrive, they were just as delicious as we had hoped. We enjoyed every course and each of us ordered something completely different, so I won't go into detail about the dishes. It was a rather unusual experience to be dining alone in a restaurant, but it turned out to be a pleasant evening nonetheless. We suspected the restaurant had been bustling the night before, so we were a bit disappointed to have booked so close to Christmas on a Sunday. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our time there and will definitely return!

we visited early Friday evening to try since new owner and re named Bayleaf. It was a shame that we were only people in there because food was really tasty and cooked to our taste, chef was very keen to check what heat we wanted with the spices. We tried salmon tikka starter lovely, then had 2 different lamb main dishes which were both scrummy. Chef used to be at Park Hall Hotel, Goldthorn, Wolves we had eaten there and food was excellent there too, so it's obviously down to the chef owner. Come on Rowley people give this a try, you are missing out on great food here

Since it was the evening before Christmas Eve (Sunday), I decided to make a reservation through this site in case the restaurant was packed with happy diners. However, when we arrived, the place was completely empty. We went in anyway and were greeted warmly and shown to our seats. After ordering our drinks and meals, we settled in to wait for the food to arrive. When our meals did come, they were just as delicious as we had hoped. We each chose completely different dishes, so I won't highlight any specific one. It felt a bit unusual to be dining alone in a restaurant, but it was still an enjoyable evening.
