"Be right back is a small meal in the heart of Linz. I am a regular visitor because I enjoy their weekday lunch menu a lot: a small bowl of soup followed by a mixed bowl of your choice choose rice noodles or rice, one of two sauces (Teriyaki or Curry, both vegan and the main ingredient (vegan: marinated avocado or homemade fritted Shiiitake Tofu, accompanied by roasted vegetables. The homemade tofu is the main star: very crispy on the outside, smooth inside, combined with tasteful shitake mushrooms. I often order the vegan summer rolls as starters available with mango and/or avocado (you can order either two with one of the fillings or two mixed avo/mangos. The peanut sauce that comes with it is incredibly good when it left after diving the reels in it I usually eat the rest with a spoon: the vegan reels always come with vegan Mayo now there were some misunderstandings when the place was new, but now they have dill understanding of what vegan is and will always prepare your food fully vegan when you order the dishes with vegan ingredients.
