"When we sat down there were bees above our head and it was ok, we could handle it. Summer in Germany is normal with bees. But by the time our drinks and food came, the bees went crazy and had about around us...flying and inside our drinks and food. People at other tables were also trying to eat while battling with the bees. All in all we were at this place for about minutes until we decided that we can’t eat. We didn’t even touch our food or drinks when we were asked to pay for them. Let me ask something. What if someone is allergic? You just tell them (like you told us), not to move while bees is around them? Why don’t you just recommend to leave, while you know the situation"

...if you want to chill in the half-shadow during a super hot day, enjoy a coffee or two...this is your place. They also offer nice looking food..

Wonderful little bistro on Wilhelmsplatz. Very friendly service, super accommodating to English speakers (English menu). Soup was so good, homemade lemonades and spritz, turkey schnitzel so good

Landed late on a flight. Never in Frankfurt before so went walking. I just liked to look and lighting for this place Walked in and was greeted by the biggest smile from the waitress. Knew I was not German and was looking tied. Seated me...and gave me a wonderful salad. Had the Schnitzel Hunter Style and it was delicious But the staff are very attentive

the place as beautiful ambiente with the small tables and pseudo-random table organization. the selection in the menu is large and there are also weekly specialties, so you should find something when it comes to breakfast, brunch, lunch, coffee or dinner. the service was friendly and everything worked smoothly. the minus comes from the food itself: it was quite good ground food, but both dishes were a bit dirty in taste, as something small was missing.

I ate here on a Tuesday evening and it was still warm enough in October to sit outside. There's 80 of so places outside next to the square. A pleasant place to sit even though you get the occasional car going past. The inside eating...area also looks good almost French cafe style, which might be expected by the name. I had an very good tomato soup if a little over salty for my taste. For mains I went for the chicken salad which came with a huge portion of chicken, so much so I took some away with me for a late night snack. The salad and chicken were excellent. The service was fine, if not tip-top, but again it adds to the Gallic atmosphere.
