"We were very impressed with our meal and service at the krua thai. The restaurant was set up well for social distance eating and had hand sanitiser availaible on the table. The menu was more limited than they would usually have (as expected at this tricky time) but still a reasonable selection for our friend with dietary requirements. We had the set menu a tasty range of classic thai dishes following an amazingly presented starter. Our friends were also impressed with their presentation and meal .they have been fortunate to visit Thailand and stated it was as good if not better than they had eaten there! Our dessert,coconut pancake was interesting looking but tasted delicious The service was extremely friendly and welcoming. We are looking forward to visiting again as soon we can."

"Took my 2 younger brother's as a treat out. It was a 30 min drive from us but was so worth it the shakes were AMAZING! My youngest brother didn't like milkshakes but they do lots more too, like crepes, sweet waffles and even sandwiches and toastie. He went for a fairground treat crepe and asked for no shipped cream, which was no problem at all. The place is small but it wasn't crowded when we went today (Sunday afternoon). One thing to note if you are following Google maps location for it, it's not quite in the right place. Currently it says it is where a country gift shop is, but just walk down the road back towards the traffic lights and it's just there. We parked in Tesco car park, which is only a couple mins from it."

"If you’d asked me 3 years ago, I woulda said this is best kebab I’d ever had fast forward 3 years and I can say as of today (and the order I just received), this is amongst the worst takeaways I’ve EVER had. Naan breads which used to be big and fresh, replaced by tiny (Tesco value) type bread, half the chicken shish replaced by rice (at a 16th of the price) tiniest amount of doner, and chilli sauce so hot it’s like it was harvested from the sun AVOID, save your £11 and eat biscuits instead. "I'd read the reviews about this tea room and thought surly it can't be that bad !! Unfortunately even before I'd got to the door my family were turning around to come out. We are moving to the area soon and thought it'd nice to see what was on offer for refreshments nearby we had our small ten week old puppy with us who was fast asleep in one of my son's arms) apparently dogs aren't allowed in this tea room which is fair enough but the man wasn't very friendly in the way he talked to my family. However he did say that there was somewhere down the road that allowed dogs.....needless to say we went to another cafe called the Anglia Hotel it wasn't quite what I expected but it was welcoming and everyone loved our puppy. It was absolutely spotless it had a retro feel about it) the food was delicious needless to say we will be visiting the Anglia Hotel again."

"Terrible experience! We've visited this restaurant several times for family birthdays, but tonight was disappointing. My grandson only wanted chicken, and we were told it would be cheaper than the set child price. However, they charged us £15 for a small crispy chicken. We spent over £150, and they still charged us £10 just for my grandson to sit at the table. The staff's attitude, including the so-called manager, was unacceptable. This was once our favorite place, but we won't be returning. One star from us!"
