"very good, fresh, sushi with a good vegan selection. really beautiful restoration also with paintings from a fantastic local artist. they will also customize some vegetarian elements to make them vegan when they ask. they are expensive, but everything is sushi. her Wakame salad is particularly good. they need to be a little bit careful with labeling, I have not vegan articles like the sweetsegyozas (contained a) and the tomago (an egg omelette) listed incorrectly as vegan several times, especially on their online order forms be so careful to check everything that seems strange. updated by previous review on 2022-01-31"

"We dropped in for a meal last Sunday night to break our journey. We had a lovely meals my husband had the steak special with mushroom sauce the chips were crunchy just as we like them and the steak was nicely cooked and great value . I had the fish pie and found it to be tasty dish. We had delightful service from Evie and Jade who were both friendly and professional. I left my jacket there and the staff went beyond to have it returned to me really fantastic service . Thank you Bills Newbury for a lovely meal and amazing customer service."

"Excellent experience this weekend. Staff were incredible kind, helpful and great service without it being too over the top; perfect balance. Room was beautiful. Honestly the quality of the accomodation is something we would have expected from a price tag three times the price we paid for this weekend! Spotless. Food was excellent too great breakfast options and they have vegan friendly options (and great cocktails for dinner! We will definitely be back."

"very friendly restaurant, very busy on Friday night, delicious meal. run them by several girls who really love eating well. even the toilet is clean and tidy with classic mirror on the wall. we ordered 3 special net on Friday, slowly boiled lamb tower with vegetables. the lamb was shaped as a tower, so impressed. the wildestness was the warm chocolate, and three of our installation team members also shared a cheesecake. wonderful night. the restaurant is near m4, easy to reach. we saved it in our favorite restaurant list."

"I've eaten at Cote many times before.Visited today table of 6 and had the worst experience.Table wasn't ready for a 1pm booking,Drinks did not arrive and took 15min before chasing the server to realise the order was not processed.Finally ordered our meal (2 x kids meals 4 x adults)Many missing items from the adults menu.Garlic bread arrive (thankfully in a timely manner and filled the gap)Little did we know that we would have to wait a further 75min at which point the children's order arrive however it was not the correct food (no apologies) so we sent that back and still no sign of food for the adults.I've never walked out of a restaurant in my life but at this point we decided to make our way with hungry children and very disappointed adults.Never experienced anything like this before and really leaves me questioning our feelings about returning.Very unhappy children and dissatisfied frequent visiting guests"
