The restaurant was not busy at all, with only five small tables occupied, yet it took 20 minutes for anyone to take our drink order. The staff seemed unhappy and unhelpful. I've had good service and food here before, but after this experience, I cannot recommend it and will not be coming back.

It's a real shame because we were genuinely looking forward to returning after our experience with the kids' meals, but now we won’t be back. This restaurant is hindered by its location and the tight arrangement of tables. Situated next to the Vue Cinema, the outdoor areas are always bustling with crowds. As a result, don’t expect a cozy Italian ambiance. The food is merely average; it’s typical 'Italian' dishes that appear to have been reheated by someone earning minimum wage!

Additionally, our first bill included a £12 optional service charge, but no one asked if we wanted to include it. The second bill did not have that charge, but we had to figure out how to divide the bill among ourselves. While the staff was friendly, I don't think I will be coming back. Also, the customer restroom was not clean and was out of toilet paper!
