great friendly hotel, clean rooms. good and plentiful

very good food and great service, but in my opinion should renew the menu

excellent value quality price. spacious rooms with quiet balcony with excellent restaurant and breakfast. helpful and welcoming staff!

hotel needs cleaning and especially maintenance / renovation. they wanted to feel comfortable. no lunch at the weekend was disappointing. Smoking allowed everywhere was not for us.

traditional cuisine of quality fish and with some refinement with a touch of natural creativity (especially in combinations with vegetables and fruits,) in a fresh environment (you can eat on a terrace overlooking the park, full of majestic trees, that surrounds the hotel/restaurant). excellent Friulian wines. fair prices. the friendly, attentive and very kind owner loves to establish a direct and unconventional relationship with each guest.

if you are looking for a gourmet restaurant, with elaborate dishes and wines from millionaires, it is not your place! if you are looking for fresh fish, tradition and advice to match with wines from the territory, then you have done center. the hotel looks good, has an inviting and well-kept garden that surrounds part of the structure and a large relaxing terrace on the ground floor that we have exploited for a super plentiful varied breakfast full of snacks and also interesting flavors such as the delicious and delicious homemade cake. the service: at the reception and bar a very courteous girl, friendly and professional, thank you was a pleasure to be your guests. the room: not huge but with terrace and air conditioning. the bathroom without window. we were in 4 and they assigned us a room with double bed and two other singles a little crushed inside. historical restaurant in the area, we have been going for many years. the place is well-kept and clean, the staff always kind and smiling (also under the mask). Food? hyperbolic! the fish is really fresh and delicious. be advised in the choice of dishes.
