Bellantonio - Carta

A hidden gem! Not to be missed if in the area. Everything from the food to the service was excellent. The best restaurant we have had the pleasure to eat in during our holidays.

The owner/chef certainly knows his haute cuisine, having travelled far and wide and he and his team offer exquisite well presented service in this new restaurant. The menu is novel and the wines of excellent quality. The locale is unfortunately not is a very good spot but his customers go there for the food not the views.

We found this amazing restaurant through our host at B&B Samilu. Being very familiar with the area, we couldn't believe this restaurant was undiscovered in our previous trips. The lunch each day we had was just amazing. The presentation, quality and freshness of the seafood was second to none, including the service! The atmosphere and decor was contemporary and welcoming. We cannot wait until our return trip. Bellantonio has now become our new favorite place to eat. Ver carta

A great cook with a big passion for food and who knows not only to purchase fresh commodities but also know how to prepare them. To our surprise we found a Gourmet restaurant whith a very high standard and which was not only a delight to the palate, but was a tortal experience of good food art. And the story continues we did expect to pay a high price for our meals, but once more we were surprised with prices which was so low that we decided to visit the resturaunt several times in those 2 weeks we were staying in the area.

We were driving from Rome to Marina di Casal Velino and we would like to have some seafood. We discovered this perfect restaurant: great food, great service, great prices. We had clams spaghetti, mozzarella (the best), octopus with potatoes (simply delicious), bruschetta with tomatoes (tomatoes and oil were great). The environment is elegant and clean, but not a problem to have a lunch in shorts. As a welcome dish they offer you for free some fried pizza and at the end some home made cookies! I would like to have this restaurant close to my house to have great food over and over!

We arrived at this restaurant at 7.30 pm, the restaurant as all other restaurants in Italy opens at 8.00, we decided to sit outside and wait, the owner of the restaurant noticed us and invited us to sit in the restaurant ';s terrace and offered us an aperitif ... Out came two Proseccos and 4 pieces of fresh and tasty Bruscetta complete with napkins and wet towels, what else could ask for while waiting for the place to open!!!! Once sat down for dinner, we had a platter of 'crudo ' (Raw carpaccio of fish) Great pastas and fish and talgliata for mains, complete with a superb wine that the hostess recommended, superb service complete with complementary biscuits for dessert that were packed to t... We were in a need to eat, and relax, after a long drive and a tiring visit to Paestum. Based on Tripadvisor, we stopped at this location, at about 14:00 on a Thursday afternoon. Oh boy, what an experience. The service was very warm and attending, the food was plentiful, and very tasty, and the price was way more than fair .. it was 50% of what I expected it to be. Some more details: 1. We ordered two first dishes (potato souffle and eggplant pasta thing which were really good.
