we visited today after the theatre as a walk. we have eaten here a few years ago and forget how it works. the meats are all well cooked, but be careful with their salt consumption. the sides are quite underwhelming. I don't think so. I will go back, but worth an experience if they didn't try

We went here for our works Xmas party in January. Firstly quite a few people were late but it was no trouble the staff were very patient with us. The food was magnificent and plenty of it but the stand out thing for me was...the service especially from Rui. They looked after us so well even putting us downstairs when they needed the table back and finding us a table back upstairs once the rush was over. I would highly recommend the place to anyone and I have already booked to come again

we were here a few times in the past and were happy to do this. Today it was quite painful that we had to wait to sit, wait until someone take a beverage order, wait for someone to order our order. for next-courts and wait each time we wanted something else. they brought the meat quite often not so much a problem with it. I think they have set the buffet and so the pressure on the waiting goods has increased. to be honest, I wouldn't go back unless I could be sure that the things have improved. Ver carta

we love Brazilian restaurants and this is not an exception. that was our second visit. the meat is wonderful and the staff is great. they pay a certain price, but they can eat as much as they want. it is quite expensive, but not too bad, and this includes appetizer and main course. the only problem is that out, but this could possibly be due to the fact that the people were where Christmas celebrations were. I don't remember it's the first time. not the place for a romantic, quiet evening to go.

Never been before but went for a get together with mates. minutes after being seated before we were asked for a drink. Some of the meat was mainly gristle, some of the beef was raw (not just rare), incorrect sides brought when they actually...arrived and was difficult to get more and correct sides in the way we had been told to. We had to chase our second drinks order several times which again was incorrect when eventually arrived. Some meat was ok, some sides were ok, but overall a pretty disappointing experience for nearly quid a head. I know some seem to like it, perhaps they were having a bit of an off night', but I certainly won't be returning until I hear that things have changed.

Been here a few times and always enjoyed the food. The rodizo was as always great quality. The fact the buffet had been removed and replaced with small plates' is a let down. The service was good. My only complaint was we rang to reserve...a table half hour earlier to be told they were fully booked all evening and couldn't fit a three in. We then walked past and tried again to be seated and they found us a table no problem. Once seated we found that over half the restaurant hadn't even been opened. This was really disappointing as we'd clearly been lied to and there were more than enough members of staff to have managed the place if it was full. Come on guys, you're good at what you do so ma... yesterday, to celebrate my friend birthday and the efforts of the workers surpassed my expectations! when I booked a table, I asked if at the end of our meal they could bring a piece of cake with a candle as surprise. they brought a piece of delicious chocolate cake, served with an ice cream, with a sparkling candle and they wrote on the teller happy birthday and my friends names! They all helped me to sing a happy birthday and let my friend be pretty embarrassed as he expected nothing! we had a great night! I went here for lunch and the experience was great this time. I was given a suitable table as a single diner and the pace of service was good. All food items were very fresh indeed and there was plenty of everything. What I did...like was that, if the meat that was brought around wasn't good well enough for my tastes the server was very willing to take it and brown it for me and bring it back. There were no issues whatsoever. The restrooms were clean and fresh with good quality products. The one thing I don't like, and this is a personal thing, is that an optional service charge is included on the bill. The staff member explained it very well and non-intrusively and I was happy to pay it how...

Last night my man visited, sat down and the beautiful young lady who sat, gave us the menu and said someone will be with them and will explain how it works. we waited about before someone came by, the...young girl didn't know how the menu worked because she had only been there (I felt sorry for her because she was obviously not properly trained). the sides were wrong, they had to send back. the drinks came after we had eaten. we then sat and waited for the bill that led to us just getting up and going forward. the young girl who sat down, saw that she worked so hard during the time when we were sitting, that she had never stopped (she is a credit for the team).
