order came late and cold king prawn puree had 3 small prawns dont know what main coarse is like could not eat any more. prices had gone up and we were not told promised to bring new menu never did. had food from here for years but not any more.

We had a set meal for 4 for my family. There's 4 of us but there was enough food to feed us for 2 days. It was all delicious, hot and very good value. My daughter especially couldn't get over how nice it was and really enjoyed being able to try different things.

Ordered food at 5.00 received at 6.15. Long wait for 3 starters. Onion bajis dry no flavour king prawn had no king prawn just 2 chopped up bits of a prawn and garlic mushrooms just dried up mushrooms. Best bit was poppadoms and mint dip. Used to be good food but not any more. Shame. Ver carta

Ordered through Just Eat says there is a delivery charge if over 3 miles. Despite living well within 3 miles was charged £3 for the privilege of cold food and particularly dry chips and naan. Just Eat refused a refund. There are better curry houses in Droitwich for quality and honesty.

Had a meal from here Thursday Night the food was good and the new delivery driver Is so sweet and polite he delivered to us a few times last few weeks. Our 3 year old loves him coming to deliver as he always speak to her and gives her the time of day and doesn’t rush of like other the drivers. 10 out 10 service.

One of the most consistent takeaways I have ever had. Absolutely stunning food, delivered on time and hot every time. I have ordered from Bengal so many times and the quality is always there. Ordered a curry last night and waited 2and half hours.while I understand it was new year when I rang they said 45mins. 2 hours later I rang to b told waiting for a driver.half hour later arrived. Told them I wasn't paying full price to which boss on phone told driver to bring back.moral of story is if you can't deliver be honest rather than taking the money and the kids.will never use again.

Waited 2 hrs for delivery. Phoned restaurant and he said its just leaving, sorry its late but you'd get it quicker if you didn't order through Just Eat. Wow. Erm. So it's our fault? Then it arrived and the vegetarian dish came as a meat dish. Phoned again. He said sorry will send the right one and really you should have Phoned us to make sure we saw the note about vegetarian. Wow. Our fault again. Last week they got it right without me needing to phone cos last week they could read. Food last week was 100% but am gutted this week. 930pm and still no food to eat not eaten since breakfast. Friday curry night with movie ruined.

We have used Bengal Spice for since their inception at the Talbot Inn Droitwich but after waiting over one and a half hours and being told the driver had just left. The food arrived shortly afterwards and despite having paid online as per usual, the delivery driver asked for payment. I said that I had paid and when she couldn 't get hold of the manager on the phone, I rang and put the phone on speaker spoke to one of the staff.who said that I had paid but they didn 't know to whom it belonged. Bearing in mind that I always tell them my name address from the start also put my name as a reference on the transaction I did not believe it but said nothing. On opening our delivery the meals proved... Ver carta
