Our chef Mark was talented, energetic, and engaging. Our kids absolutely loved it—it was a genuine treat for the whole family!

I didn't quite get the authentic Japanese atmosphere I was hoping for. The restaurant was empty, and the food was just average; however, the chef did put on an impressive performance. Overall, I felt a bit disappointed since I expected much more.

The 8 person table was crowded even though the restaurant was only a quarter full. We had 4 of the seats with 2 separate couples on the others. The couples unfairly took a lot of space. I was not inclined to make an issue of it, maybe should have done.

Incredible disappointed as have been to other Benihana’s and had a fantastic experience. We arrived early and weren’t allowed to sit down which was fine as we sat at the hotel bar. When we went back to be seated we were only told then they were short of chefs so no one would be cooking in-front of us... isn’t that why you go there?! There was quite a language barrier between us and the waitress but we soon found out they had NO sushi or sashimi!!! Had they had the courtesy to be honest and tell us beforehand we could’ve booked a different venue instead of wasting our evening which we were meant to be celebrating my boyfriends birthday. We left with no apology and will not be revisiting. Ver carta
