Excellent hotel, large rooms, very attentive personnel. Close to the train station. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the Imperial hall. I recommend the apricot jam. Service: 5 Ver carta

Amazing gluten free pizza! Didn’t expect them to have any gluten free items, but we were staying at the connecting hotel and thought we’d ask turns out all their pizzas can be done gluten free and it was absolutely delicious!

Due to work I had to stay in this hotel for 5 months. The weekly cleaning was poor. The amount for the room was several thousand francs. An earlier checkout was not refunded. At the reception there were sometimes waiting times of over 30 minutes (with 1 other guest). The staff speaks almost exclusively Italian. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

Loved this place! The staff was super friendly and amazing! The view from the breakfast area was super. My only problem was the value for money. With the amount paid, I would hope for something like a gym but there are no such facilities which was a bit disappointing. When it's raining it's tough to step out so there should be some space for activities within the hotel. Ver carta

This is a fantastic hotel old world charm. The front desk hosts Vera Is that standing in very very helpful she even gave My wife annoying and upgrade for a room because it was a anniversary outstanding would a balcony view she couldn't have been...one nice very very helpful I travel all over the world for the last years I would definitely come back here. Come on come here to have fun fun fun

Food was lovely, but the waiters had a hard time getting the orders right. It reminded us of scenes in Faulty Towers. Thanks to the fact that they were super friendly staff, going out of their way to make everything right, we left quite happy...that night. If you have the time, food was good, pizzas were excellent. The people that work here, work day and night in the hotel and are always friendly.

After we made our booking we got messages that they have very easily accessible hotel form the parking and the fabulous restaurant onsite with amazing dishes. Just they forgot to mention that the road in front of the hotel is being under maintenance and closed. So to access the hotel we had to search for clues on papers about how to get to the reception and claiming stairways with the luggage to get from the down parking. Just wonder why also a piccolo was missing... Not being able to secure a parking spot is quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The boy on the reception didn't speak English so he called another girl that was not helpful at all and even rude and we had to stand her horribl... Ver carta
