Great place with a charming de or, the staff was kind and attentive. We took the sampling menu from the sea and one of us had a cheese intolerance. The staff made it work without a problem. It was overall a great evening and we would go back.

Excellent dishes from appetizers to desserts, high quality raw materials expertly processed in an original and creative way. Price appropriate to the offer. Highly recommended.

Very high quality raw fish served with elegant dressing. The ravioli with minced red prawn and absolutely non-trivial desserts are exceptional (the mojto and mulberry sorbet are fantastic). Wine list worthy of the food. I live in Rome but I return to Bari several times a year and I will definitely return to Biancofiore. Just one note: I understand that the owner (competent and very attentive) is a seafood purist, but lemon must be brought to the table when oysters are served and at most guests can be advised not to put it. For the rest nothing to say. Compliments!

Sono stato domenica 17/03/2024 a pranzo con mia moglie e mia figlia. Lo abbiamo scelto per via della pubblicità fatta nel noto programma televisivo. Appena entriamo abbiamo avuto un bell’impatto però i camerieri erano abbastanza impacciati. Il servizio lascia a desiderare a tal punto che si dimenticato di servire il pane, abbiamo sollecitato due volte il parmigiano per mia figlia sulle orecchiette e infine il proprietario stesso mentre prende ordinazioni risponde al cellulare !!! Servizio da rivedere. Il crudo di mare è davvero TOP, il primo davvero buono, ma molto salato (specialmente nel conto), due linguine con aragosta 98€. Totale 230€ davvero esagerato !!!!
