Big Bite - Carta

The staff at this restaurant were unprofessional and rude when I paid for an item that was out of stock and they refused to reimburse me. When I tried to inquire about the situation, they became even more hostile, so I decided to leave. I would not recommend wasting your money at this establishment.

Had to call twice to see how long my order would be. Called 1hour 35mins after the order was placed and was told it was ready and being delivered ASAP. To have to wait a further 25mins to call again to be told the same thing. Really disappointing. Wouldn’t of ordered if it was going to that long of a wait.

Ordered a takeaway as a treat for the family and after a hour I ring to ask how long my order will be and they said oh we just starting it now now another hour has passed so 2 hours now and still no food I ring bk and ask kindly how long will it be the kids are really hungry now how long will it be and do we get a discount with it being 2 hours and they say no it’s just leaving now. Now it’s bin 2 hours and 40 mins and still nothing never going there again absolute rubbish Ver carta

I placed my first order with this restaurant tonight and was promised delivery within 25 minutes. After two phone calls, I was informed that my order had been left at my doorstep in the rain. They sent another order, but it was the wrong one. A third order arrived, but it was cold, congealed, and inedible. When I called to express my disgust, they refused to give me a refund, claiming they had cooked the food fresh and delivered it. I was beyond angry. The service was awful, the customer service was terrible, and the food was disgusting.

Hello fellow food enthusiasts, it’s your boy big ounce back for another restaurant review. This evening me and the home boys ordered from big bite again. The delivery time was set to be between 30 and 45 minutes. It got to 45 minutes and ya boi called the restaurant the only response was that they were busy. The food took another 25 minutes to arrive. After the food had arrived we sat down to eat and realised that they had forgotten a large portion of our order. Shameful. However saying that the food that did arrive was splendid. I have had good food from this restaurant in the past during quick visits. However, last night I had a terrible experience where I had to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes for cold and disgusting food. The delivery driver called me multiple times because he couldn't find my house, and when he finally arrived, he forgot to put on his handbrake, causing his car to roll with his friend inside. I had called the restaurant 45 minutes earlier, and they said the driver was on his way with our food. It shouldn't have taken 45 minutes to go from Mill Street to just past Asda. The manager's only offer of compensation was 50% off our next order, with no guarantee that this would even be possible. I will not... Ver carta

Absolutely terrible food I ordered a chicken kebab and it came looking like this it was basically chunks of fat with hairs still left in covered with mayonnaise the chicken was black and slimy my little girl had a burger and chips and when she bit in to it found a black hair chips were cold And customer service was absolutely shocking I was refused a refund even after telling them it was my daughters birthday treat and I can’t afford to treat her very often as I am a single mum who works full time to make ends meet they didn’t care at all that I couldn’t afford to get my daughter a replacement birthday meal and refused point blank to refund me I never write bad reviews and always try to see...

This was the first and last time i will be ordering from Big Bite Stafford. Ordered 3 meals at 18.28 online. got the acceptance email. then another email to say really busy food would be delivered by 19.38. OK its Saturday night and busy no problem. called at 20.00 to politely ask how long the food would be just being cooked with you in 30 mins sorry 45 mins later called again! food just being boxed up and leaving now 21.40 3hrs 20mins after initial order i called again to be told same as before ' i asked where is my food I think this is the first time they actually physically checked where my food was and the address Its on its way Honestly. 3hrs 30 mins food arrives and yes you have guesse...

Hello there fellow food enthusiasts. This evening me and my home boys ordered a big bite, we ordered all of our food. And the phone we ordered on informed us that our food would arrive at 7:30 pm gmt And we waited . Fast forward the clock strikes 7:30 no sign of our food. Fast forward even further to 8:10 pm and still no sight of our food so we check the phone we ordered on and it has been pushed back to an 8:30 delivery time an hour After we were told it would arrive and 1:30 hours after we ordered.
