We had a really nice meal. Staag chicken, asked for extra chillies and was perfect.The service was great. The price was very reasonable.

Food beautiful as always but the service Was shocking .very bad service. Table booked for 8pm didn't get table till gone 8.30 nearly 8.45 .it was packed but concentrated on take outs rather than table service

We arrived for 7pm and after all sending pre-ordered food choices the mains did not get served until 8.30pm and the starters were brought out with the mains. No apology just very matter of fact! Shame as the food was tasty Ver carta

This was my first visit, although several friends have been and recommended it. I want disappointed. The food was good. The surroundings, clean and quite modern. You have to bring your own alcohol though as they don't send it on the premises.

Ordered a take away meal at 20:31 hours. Was told it would be 45 minutes. Rang them 1 hour later after it still hadn’t arrived, was told he was on his way. (My address is a 3 minute drive from the takeaway). A further 30 minutes passed and I rang again to cancel the order. This was on a quiet Monday night. Didn’t seem bothered at all about the cancellation. Won’t ever order food from these again, toast for tea tonight instead.

A party of 9 visited yesterday ....table was booked fir 6.30pm , 2nof then party were later but arrived by 7.00pm..... came to take our order at 7.40 ish ..... the starters arrived at about 8.15 ish . Then at 9.15pm I he'd to ask where the main courses were , eventually after asking twice they arrived at 9.30 pm . The lamb jalfrezi was described as tender pieces of lamb , which no doubt they was once . But the lamb was so chewy and tough , the chicken masala had 4 pieces of chicken ..... A extremely long wait , poor service and possibly the worse food you could be served Ver carta

Booked a table for 7 o'clock with friends. Service was absolutely appalling. It was clear to see that the restaurant was prioritising deliveries over people who had wanted to enjoy a dining experience. Two hours later, we finally got our food and I cant say that it was worth waiting for. No personal service from the staff and no apologies for the time it took to serve us. Obviously more bothered about how much money they take over the counter than caring for the customers that took the time to visit their establishment. Will not be going back and wouldn't advise anyone else booking at the time that we did on a Saturday night.

We visited the Bilash as to treat our friends for their 25th wedding anniversary. We booked early sitting because it gets very busy. The service started well and our starters were very nice. As it got busier the service went down the pan! My main course was a lamb dish in which I counted 5 pieces of chewy lamb. I ordered a roti and 3 times I was brought a plain naan. As if I wouldn’t know what a roti looked like. I gave up in the end and accepted the naan which was horrible as it had obviously been warmed up each time they took it away! We had a table booked for 6pm 8/7/23) to celebrate my sons birthday, 2.5 hours after placing our order I asked a member of staff if they’d actually placed our order as we’re still waiting! We were finally served our food 3 hrs later, the waiter eventually turned up to hand our plates which were presented dirty!! despite his desperate attempts to clean the plates with a napkin we eventually had to request new/clean tableware! When we finally came to settling the hand written bill the costing did not add up! We’d been charged almost £15 more than the items listed!!
