"I've lived in Hereford for 2 years now and always wanted to go here. Took my daughter for lunch and really wish I hadn't bothered. Asked the counter staff how it worked and the lady behind the counter couldn't have been more dismissive and unhelpful. We ordered our coffees which she asked several times to repeat. Whilst waiting myself and daughter were looking at the food offerings in the servery not once did anyone offer to help. The food option signs blue tacd to the counter were not of much help and others were tiny faded and difficult to read. Feeling uncomfortable and hassled we order scones again the server had to clarify the order several times giving the impression she was not really listening. As she completed our order she started dealing with an impatient customer behind us before we even left with our order. Dealng over us no thank you or anything just completely blanked us. It's sad that I have waited ages to visit and according to your reviews you should have been on the ball and yet here I am writing this.....coffee shops are ten a penny in Hereford and many of them with better customer experiences than this. I am very disappointed. People have off days....maybe this was one of them. I hope so but I won't be back"

Always an interesting choice of food at a sensible price in the centre of Hereford Parking: Parking is available at local authority car parks. Alternatively the most convenient is Tesco car park but you need to purchase goods in the store to obtain 2 hours parking Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
