There is a huge selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes at the bar as a buffet to compile how you like it. The flour foods like croissants are predominantly vegan and really great!!! It is often well visited so you should take some time. Mostly self-service.

We come here regularly when staying in Arco. Fresh organic buffet style food . You can try a lot. Plate is charged per weight at a reasonable price. Cakes are great too. Also great to combine with shopping at the organic store next door . I would love the place to go fully vegan and avoid animal suffering 100%! Updated from previous review on 2022-09-13

I liked that it had lots of vegan options, as well as good quality protein. There were plenty of oprions to create a balanced meal, let alone the fact that everything is bio. It was a little bit expensive €20 for a plate with almost every kind of food they had), but it's totally worth it as it is all bio organic and handmade. The waitress was very helpful and really wanted to make sure everything was ok. We also had a hard time choosing from the big variety of drinks. And in the end, the dessert was amazing, we had the vegan cheesecake which lived up to our expectations and was even better. Ver carta
