We were eating in the silk pancakes and were served by the ambience and service. But....the food: basic products in organic quality deserve more imagination and taste in preparation. The food tasted fade and was unfortunately sweetly prepared. The celery schnitzel would have been happy with fresh herbs and a salad dressing, In a cocktail for at least 7, € should be at least some ice and a lemon slice and not just the bottle with the finished drink and a glass. We've paid two for the food around the 80, and that's clearly not worth it.

We have been more or less regular guests in the silk spa for a few years. Why? So far every dish we have eaten there was just delicious. Bioproducts are of course very important to us, but also regionality is respected (e.g. in meat). Particularly noteworthy is the excellent seasonal map. The dishes are served decoratively, because the eye is well known. All dishes are simply recommended. We haven't found anything yet that didn't taste us. The service team is super motivated and simply sympathetic. The wine card can also be seen, as well as a very good selection of spirits is offered.
