restaurant has been for years and is undoubtedly popular. it is wrong, however, to assume that it is kosher. it is certainly not monitored as such. that doesn't claim. Jewish style yes, kosher?

can not go wrong with this place. the salt bark sandwiches are stacked and delicious. the equivalent sandwich in selfridges is x3 the cost of this. I couldn't wait to get it home, so it was drunk in the car!

we have been here for more years when I can remember, simply because their salt-rib and beinge sandwiches are the best. meat is always boiled exactly right and portion really generous. fritted foods like latkes and chips practically fat-free and very friendly service. Just do one and try. I'd be surprised if you don't come back.

Hi, i just a huge thank you to John today who very kindly made sure that a hungry lady did not walk away from his amazing establishment still hungry, He has a good heart that deserves all the good luck his business deserves. the food...is also out of this world and his sandwiches pure gold you can not get a more fresher juicer rating salt beef sandwich than you would here. Fancying a break from cooking my wife and I decided to get a get a takeaway and having had B&K In Edgware recommended by friends we decided to give it a go. Delivery to Finchley was only possible if we spent beyond a certain amount...and we reached that by ordering a enough for a few meals/ a largenumber of items. The food was really excellent great quality and large portions . We started with chicken soup and kneidlach and followed this with salt beef and latkes with cucumber and slaw and lockshen pudding and strudel.
