After walking 9 miles, we were relieved to have made our reservation at this restaurant. The location was fantastic, the decor was great, and the front section of the bar was dog friendly.

We ordered the bangers and mash and the steak pie. The bangers had significantly less portion compared to the steak pie, despite being £1 cheaper. The taste was good, but we found it a bit disappointing overall.

Nice pub but very over priced for food. £15 for shop bought breaded fish was very expensive. For the price I expected a much higher standard of food. Wish we had seen the menu for the pub down the road at half the price. Ver carta

Nice pub for grub , prices ok but for the second time very short staffed so a long wait for food, which unfortunately came cold. Worth a visit when you get back to the top of the hill but make sure you have plenty of time left on your parking.

I recently stayed at The Black Bull in Haworth and it was absolutely delightful. The friendly staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel right at home from the start. The rooms were a pleasant surprise, combining comfort and style perfectly. They were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. We went to the black bull about 4 weeks ago for our lunch and decided to book Christmas dinner for 3 of us on Christmas Day at a cost of £80 each.and was offered a table in a good spot. When we arrived on Christmas Day we were offered a different table to the one we had booked so therefore didn’t feel comfortable but didn’t complain as the pub was full and the staff were very busy. When the food came the starter wasn’t too bad but when then the main course came it wasn’t very warm the veg were very dry I think they had been roasted and the turkey was in the form of a rolled joint with seasoning in the middle (rather like one of Bernard Mathews joints) I did eat my meal because I was consciou...
