A local pub to us and it's always great in here. The kids are welcome, the food is amazing and the prices are normal! We absolutely love seeing the pub dogs too who are always very friendly a highlight for the kids! Great beer garden too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great traditional Pub with really good food and friendly service. We had the Black Lion salad, a panini and a Burger, all great with lovely drinks too. Followed by some great old fashioned deserts too, who doesn’t love Jam Roly-Poly pudding. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pleasantly surprised by the food here. Ordered a tuna sandwich which then came with fries and a side salad. Food was great and the pub was fairly quiet for a Saturday afternoon. My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the beautiful terrace at this restaurant. The service was exceptional and the staff were incredibly friendly. We even got to pet some cute dogs. The price per person was between £10-£20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received perfect scores of 5. I highly recommend trying the Sausage Sandwich. There is plenty of parking available, with free parking options.

The salads are not recommended, as they are quite basic for the price. The sandwiches are delicious and a good size, while the lasagne is yummy. The baked potatoes are okay, but the scampi was burnt. The French fries are super tasty. Overall, it is a great place to relax with friendly staff and good indoor and outdoor seating options.
