Nice cafe, clean, tidy and good coffee and cake. Waitress very keen to take empty plates away though

I was totally ignored and the customer behind me was greeted and seated.. very rude. Not workman friendly

I've been eating here for years and always amazing Food drink and service. We always have the red carpet treatment This is our first choice of any place to eat in Surrey

Great place depending on which staff member you have the pleasure to meet, Maisie and Eva are always so friendly whereas some of the other staff have display questionable behaviour and are quite rude.

Had a delicious large salad here, as an early lunch... was delicious, and was truly a large plate. Good value for money, and the ambience is pretty good. They have a large selection of items on the menu, and decent coffee and drinks too. All served quickly, with polite and friendly staff... what's not to like!

I was impressed by the “fancy” decor of the blue cafe so in I went. I ordered the smoked salmon with eggs, toast and tomato’s thinking this won’t be too bad... Couldn’t of been more disappointed! Cheap smoked salmon, cheap bread, over cooked eggs, tasteless tomato’s. I won’t be going back. Lovely artwork though guys.

I am quite frankly appalled at the behaviour towards my wife this afternoon. If your tuna and mayonnaise has a spicy sauce to it, it should be on your menu especially if people have special dietary requirements, which luckily my daughter doesn’t , but the way she spoke to my wife was disgusting. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired!!! Don’t worry, there is no danger we will be back as I am sure you will never admit you are in the wrong perhaps you should read all the reviews and learn from it..

Had breakfast there yesterday and it was not good. Microwaved bacon have you ever? On a plus side, good hot toast, unfortunately served with margarine. You say you take no notice of reviews, but hear this. If you want to stay in business for another few years, you need to up your game. You require repeat business and you are not going to survive on coffee and cake sales. Your breakfast was a whopping £10.50. Each I was robbed. Firstly varying quality of ingredients, but shockingly poorly executed. As a side note you were not so busy that it required all the bashing and crashing about. If your heart is not in it give it up. You are wasting a valuable plot. There is no excuse, it was poor and...

Absolutely wonderful. And good to know that Leatherhead has at least one cafe that sells not just good food, but excellent food, and at a more reasonable price than the others. The one disappointing thing is that they do not appear to have a lot of what is on the menu, all of the time. It is not that they have sold out, just they did not make it that day. Perhaps you could cover it over, to show it is not available that day... I must admit, reading the reviews, the 'responder ' does not seem to be able to cope with negative comments in the best of ways.
