the first time you go here. had the chickenburger, was so delicious and chips were cooked to perfection. the two young boys serving were very polite, will definitely go back! thank you.

I ordered a doner kebab in naan bread. Unfortunately, I found it to be lacking in vegetables such as salad and onions. The portion size was too large for one person and I did not find it to be very tasty. Ver carta

The staff and management here is disgusting and so is their food. So rude and call customers liars. Not professional at all. The manager is rude. Doesn’t listen. And the staff are uncivilised. The food is old and made beforehand. Absolutely disgusting DO NOT GO HERE

I've been here for 10 years. her fried chicken is one of the best fried chickens I had and is full of taste. the chicken fillet burger is really amazing, even the filet is always bigger than the burger I am getting more and more than happy. they are very generous with their portion sizes. never forget to wonder.

The service at this restaurant is extremely friendly and always accompanied by a smile. The fish and chips, as well as the chicken and chips, are delicious. I would highly recommend this takeout to anyone. It's hard to believe that someone would rate this place less than 5 stars. If they did, it must have been on one of their very rare off days. these youngs are enough for each starving when they are a good munch blu’s will always leave them filled. good value for money for eating. the shop needs a little facelift, but the seating area is sufficient and the staff is very friendly. give them an attempt when they are in the opposite, and in any case they try the red donationer when they go. if they want a challenge, they try the ultimate mix or the ultra box.

I have visited Blus chip shop many times, but I never thought to leave a review until now. Blus always greets their customers with a smile and provides excellent service. They offer indoor seating, which is a nice bonus, and their portions are very generous. I usually can't finish all my food in one sitting and end up saving some for later. If you're able to find parking outside the front door, consider yourself lucky. I highly recommend trying their special chicken breast burger meal. Overall, I would recommend Blus to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

I like good food, but I'm not particularly demanding either. This food is by far the worst I've ever tasted in Birmingham since the last 10 years or so. I ordered 2 kebabs (pita chicken) and a cheese burger. I was hungry yet I couldn't eat any of them. The burger meated tastes like polystyrene or something. Kebab meat was greasy beyond imagination. There are many kinds of quality in kebab meat, this one is clearly the bottom one. It was also full of these cheap chili and mayo sauce. The overall impression is that every single ingredient of this food is the cheapest existing on the market. Don't expect to enjoy this food, except if you are accustomed to extremely low standards.
