Nice idea. friendly staff. Food came quite quickly. OK to good food. Enjoyable.

Really nice venue, service and food was very good. It was a little cold though inside.

The server had an attitude everytime she came over. The food was not worth the money, it didn’t even come with chips! Ver carta

Ordered lobster crayfish roll. Overpriced for what is a v small portion of one lobster claw. Not filling. V poor quality salad. Had to order side dish.

Over priced, for a lobster and crayfish roll which does not include fries…just some pretty average crisps. My main course arrived and I’d finished it before my friends meal even showed up. But they had delivered the mac and cheese side which was cold by the time the main meal arrived! Will not go back which is a shame as the fit out and location is great.

Arrived to find that there were no free tables and so were eventually pushed on to a table that had to be cleared of staff belongings for us to be seated. Complained but was told nothing they could do. Eventually we were moved to another table part way through dinner. The food that was served was cold and pretty poor overall and incredibly expensive for what it was. Will not be returning. Terrible. Ver carta

Honestly, save your money, The manager admitted the lobster roll was not worth close to the price given how small it was (the manager said they lose money on it because they fly it in i would suggest if this is what you want, go to burger/lobster) . there weren't even burgers the day we were there. this place feels like a complete tourist trap. crazy that in london in places like this can get away with this atrocious value.

Having phoned before booking to ensure a friend's allergy could be accommodated, and having this confirmed in the booking email I was shocked when the gentleman serving us told us everything was cooked in nut oil.It later transpired that this was not the case and instead of checking with the duty manager he made it up. Our friend by the time it was clarified had already lost all confidence and did not eat. What should of been a pre Xmas meet up with friends for great food and wine was completely ruined , I would strongly suggest more staff training is required so no-one else has to experience what we went through.

Let’s be honest about this place food is tasty but my goodness they need reality check when it comes to pricing. The Lobster Roll which is a signature dish is pounds and there wouldn’t be anything majorly wrong about it except it’s the size of IKEA hot dog with few crisps and pickles on the side. Staff were lovely but I can’t shake off the feeling of being majorly ripped off. There isn’t anything that justifies the price they charge for food. If you fancy a cocktail and a light bite go for one of the starters their prices are a lot more palpable. If you’re hungry for a decent dinner be prepared to spend a pretty penny. Ver carta
