Both slowness, i.e. I had to wait 40 minutes for a meat cutter..........and distraction by the waiters when asked for something to bring to the table (empty plate or bucket with ice), even there they took a long time. In fact, the bucket had to take it more than once, as the wine was getting hot.... You belong the distracted and slow staff, excellent food and good quality and also good wine. Reduced prices. I've been coming to this place for a year or so, very welcoming I have to say. The owner Luigi very nice with a passion for the history of every wine or dish that brings you. A wide cellar between bubbles and wines, of all kinds, for those I tried very good. The dishes cooked by the chef, Carmen, absolutely delicious, we tried various first, one more good than the other, but the favorite remains the linguine bacalo, with cod, pistachio cream and granella, dish that not here in Battipaglia I had never seen, an absolute goodness.
