Bombay Inn - Carta

For sure don't get put off by the seating ! I was there on Saturday night and had an excellent meal with very good and attentive service.

Invited my friends as I had told them of excellent food and service and wasn't let down. Food was cooked to perfection and service was very good.

Monday night and asked for variety of vegetarian dishes but it seems you are only allowed to order from the set menu. Not sure how busy they are on a Monday night but obviously too busy to cater for my request.

First time eating at this restaurant and I was very impressed. Food was absolutely delicious , large portions and the best mint sauce ever. The owner and staff were very friendly. I will be returning with friends and family. Ver carta

We didn't actually dine at the restaurant, so we were unable to base our judgment on previous visits. We found it on a popular delivery website, and despite its high ratings, we were quite disappointed. We only chose it because our usual restaurant wasn't offering takeout. We ordered 2 kebabs as starters and 2 curries. The starters were lacking in flavor and had a rough texture, with minimal seasoning. The portion of salad was meager, with only one slice of lemon to share between two people. The chicken curry was dry and tough, seeming like it had been precooked and not fresh. The curry sauce was greasy and unappetizing. Overall, the meal was unsatisfactory and not worth the price. It's hard...

As it was my birthday me and a friend thought it would be a nice treat to get a takeaway after work. We placed our order over the phone and requested to collect it so that we could receive the 10% off the bill which I saw advertised online. We also asked out of interest if they would offer anything complimentary as it was my birthday. The person on the phone asked what I liked to drink to which I replied Prosecco, he then began to laugh which made me think that that was too much to ask for and he would've expected me to just ask for a beer or glass of wine. It wasn't until we were about to leave the restaurant after paying and collecting our order that the man lifts up a bottle of champagne... Ver carta
