Bond Brook, Fenwick

Service was super attentive when I came by for lunch today.

Tucked away off the main streets behind Oxford st This is one of my favourite places for a drink.

I may have just made a bad choice but when I ordered a latte and a slice of rose and pistachio cake, both tasted quite bad. The service itself was fine but for approx £10.50 it was not worth it.

We recently enjoyed a delightful lunch at L2 Fenwick. Will provided us with excellent service and went out of his way to ensure that my wife, our young lab, and I had a wonderful time. We would definitely return in the future.

We used to eat here and food and service was good. This time food was terrible. Service was poor but there was only 1 waiter and he did his best. Food was not only tasteless but ricotta dumplings were cold. Salad was swimming in oil. Cannot recommend. Ver carta

I don't pay attention to the negative opinions about Bond Street Kitchen. I have visited multiple times and every experience has been filled with friendly, polite, and accommodating staff. I've witnessed some of my friends being rude to restaurant staff in the past and then later complaining about poor service. It seems like they got what they deserved. The food at Bond Street Kitchen is also delicious and well-seasoned.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The host was not very friendly and falsely claimed that no food was served at the bar, despite people eating there. The food was mediocre overall, but the chicken Milanese was delicious. The staff, excluding the host/manager, were all very nice and accommodating. However, I would not consider returning to this place in the future due to the negative experience with the host. I do not recommend this place for several reasons, including the unfriendly and unhelpful manager.

Me and my cousin booked an afternoon tea for 12:30 from open table not knowing they only do afternoon tea from 2:30, Alison who served us was an absolute gold with excellent customer service. She spoke with the chef and made it possible to make the afternoon tea ready at 1pm. Whilst we had to wait, she offered us a complimentary 2 cocktails which tasted amazing and she said sorry on behalf on open table on not being clear on ther website which I felt was very sweet thing to do. We really enjoyed our afternoon tea, it was not only super preety to look at. It tasted fresh and very good quality. We enjoyed everything on it. Thank you Alison for your excellent service. Ver carta
