Amazing food, great staff and non profit business! 5 stars all round easily the best burger I've ever had in Scotland, maybe the world... And they play great rock music!

Very good since changed from laings. Food and drinks good, always busy. Lovely atmosphere staff friendly, Nicely decorate pub with a modern touch try the cocktails and Special offers reasonable prices

Pub located nicely and set overlooking parts of Dundee. Nice atmosphere with music, a busy bar and food being served. The wait wasn't too long and when the food arrived it was delicious. Portions were well priced and the service was friendly. Would go again.

Dog friendly Just about the best beer garden I’ve ever seen Love the Edinburgh Boozy Cow, now we love this one too. Great selection of draught drinks, bottles and cans, food looks fab and if anything like Edinburgh, it tastes it too Great place with great views off the rear terrace.

This restaurant is dog friendly and has one of the best beer gardens I have ever seen. I loved the Edinburgh Boozy Cow, and this place is just as great. They have a fantastic selection of draught drinks, bottles, and cans. The food looks delicious and if it's anything like Edinburgh, it must taste amazing too. The rear terrace offers great views and makes it a fantastic place to visit.

The first time I went to this restaurant, it was busy and seemed popular with college students. When I returned on a slower night, I sat at a table that was covered in food. I tried to find a clean table, but every one I tried was dirty or sticky. Even the menu was dirty and encrusted with food. Overall, my first few minutes there were unpleasant. This place really needs to use some soap and hot water to clean up.

We should have booked but having check the reviews times for a Saturday at the advice was no wait for a table given it was the beginning of January we didn't expect to have to wait too long but would have...however we were told there was no table until a hour wait!!! Even more frustrating when there were clearly at least empty tables visible...the place was dead...any we thoroughly enjoyed our burgers at Braes...would highly recommend it over the poor service in this place!

The Boozy Cow is a lively and unique restaurant with friendly and attentive staff, creating an interesting atmosphere. However, I would not recommend the onion rings. They were thickly cut, hand battered, but unfortunately greasy, undercooked, and lacking in seasoning. Despite their promising appearance, they were a major letdown. On the other hand, my partner had a much better experience with the chili cheese and jalapeno macaroni cheese waffle. I was amazed that such a dish existed, but grateful that it did. The extravagant dish, drenched in cheese sauce, was a surprising delight. It may not be something you should indulge in often, but it is definitely worth a visit to try it out.

NO HYGIENE STANDARDS! EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. It's a shame really. This bar restaurant has this beautiful garden and balcony which is amazing especially for the sunny days in Dundee. But the service was REALLY BAD in every possible way. The was no gas for the drafts. The girl working behind the bar was licking her fingers and touching the customer's glasses and food. For the minutes I was waiting by the bar to get served -and it was not busy at all-, she never washed her hands and she was touching drinks, glasses, fruit slices, food etc. Never going there again To be fair, I visited this place for lunch and the food was good and the customer service was ok. But the place was empty then.
