In a minimal environment and extremely attentive to the well-being of guests innovative and surprising dishes. Notable the Psyche route, staff of room more than at the height of the room, professional but friendly and not ingested. Matching wines not discounted but absolutely fine. Bravo

Dinner with friends. Quiet and very refined place. A refined cuisine with great attention to ingredients and preparation. Careful and friendly service. It would have been 5 stelles if it had not been for the cooled bubbles when we ordered them and for the natural water that ended before dinner

Elegant place, with an excellent proposal of menu, also breakfast is egregia with freshly baked brioche and stuffed at the moment according to the request, the members of the club have kindness and great listening, something not easy to find in situations of great crowding. Lively recommended!

Great modern restaurant. The tasting menu with wine pairings had a wonderful meal with excellent flavors and interesting preparations. Not error-free (at one point the servers lost the way where things were in service and served a dessert wine before the last main dish came, which was a little disappointing). Overall, I would go back absolutely and would not hesitate to recommend Borgia to others.

I wanted to try this restaurant for my birthday and it was a wonderful evening. Very cozy and elegant premises, competent and courteous service. What definitely makes the difference are the dishes all sought after in taste and aesthetics.We took the 7-course psyche menu and we had absolutely fine dinner. Excellent risotto and spectacular dessert with sorbetto and bottarga. Gentle people also brought me a little dessert with candle. Surely we will come back because it is not simply a dinner but spend an evening.
