The hostess was not very friendly. Our dinner (starter and main course) was served at the same time, we also found hair and plastic in our dinner. We only felt we were not very welcome because we were not hotel guests. We definitely had another treatment of the hostess.

a beautiful weekend of late May on this quiet Tuscan hill. very helpful and serene staff. our room, the barricade, had a large comfortable bed, shower and large bathtub and a large living room. plus a private outside with a hot tub. we felt pampered. the visit to the cellar is interesting and shows how important it is for them to produce a good wine. After a hike through the weinberge we looked for a nice lunch. great location and location. they produce their own Chianti wines, which are very good and the eating was fresh, local and made to order. the staff was very friendly. we landed and bought some of their organically produced chianti to take back into our villa. they will think they are lost, trying to come here, but just go on and they also have a lot of parking.

we had found this place on travel advisor beautiful surroundings of a beautiful weine. but the service was terrible / aggressive we got there a little early before the meal time service started, but you said we could have a table for eating before we order a bottle...wine, 45 minutes later we were told that we couldn't have a table because we didn't stay in the resort. the menu looked very limited and was not for vegetarian.

wonderful place surrounded by nature among the Tuscan hills, and the vineyards of the resort. a place to relax and meditation. wines are very good. warm welcome. We spent a beautiful weekend. We were a nice group for a bachelorette party. we have created a little displeasure, but despite this hospitality has been great as well as the service.
