Boulangerie Joséphine

The people there are very friendly and perfectly speak English. The food and the atmosphere is very lovely. We became a regular customer during our stay in Paris.

Stayed in a nearby hotel and went to Josephine for breakfast. I would recommend the omelet. They also have very nice banquets but be quick these all disappear very quickly.........

amazing service, fresh eggs, brot, orange juice and best coffee. really a warm, friendly bakery with best breakfast in paris. cute setting to eat or take eggs were made perfect, the croissant, baguette were mouth water. comes back.

the baked were very good, but thought it was strange at both places that we were not able to order coffee. on the first day they didn't tell us a coffee at lunchtime. only espresso or tee. not sure why. two days later we went to breakfast and...was not served a coffee during the breakfast. strange. good eating, but expensive and very rude woman in register. jump it and go to pret a manger around the corner.

My sister and I stayed at the nearby Hotel Keppler and, although the hotel was excellent in many ways, one of my favorite things about it was its proximity to Josephine! My sister and I ate breakfast here every day that it was open! When...we realized they were closed on weekends, we were stumped about where we should eat, instead. What could possibly compare to Josephine? Beautiful, delicious pastries, fabulous omlettes, wonderful coffee, friendly service. This place is a winner. Ver carta

I work locally and have been coming 2-3 times a year for lunch with some girlfriends. The dessertS are always enjoyable. However the menu has changed a lot, there used to be a bit more choice on the hot food and I found this time...there was either white fish or a steak just like when I went in May 2017. It is pricey indeed, portion are also small so it's a lighter lunch. The bakery itself is a nice little place, service was perfectly fine One meal, one dessert, one non alcoholic drink cost 25 eur.

We just had a bad experience. We decided to sit in and I ordered the quiche with no salad- the to go price for the same quiche is €5.50 which even seemed a little pricey to me but whatever. So I assumed the eat in...price for only a quiche would be maybe €6 or €6.50. My husband ordered a chocolate croissant which was not good- I've had better at Costco. Anyway they ended up charging me TWELVE EURO for that damn little slice of quiche. I was so upset I almost cried. Our bill was 16€ for a little slice of quiche, a chocolate croissant, and an espresso- which wasn't at all good. Overall a terrible experience.

I was at Josephine for a business lunch and I really loved it. The entrance is like a luxory bakery and there is a huge quantity of bread and cakes, dessert displayed... all you can imagine is there. But the best is the top floor...where there are small and big tables for lunch. Choice is not enormous but enough to catch all people tastes, and you can go for the daily plate (Plat du Jour) or for a list with many different (French Style) plates with meat, eggs, fish and also pasta. Dessert are really good as main dishes so leave some room to taste eclaire, tarte tatin, carre au chocolat. Water is quite expensice, more than 5 euro for a sparkling bottle ... but you can also go for a free, stil... Ver carta
