"I've heard so much about it and seen it on Utopia Bakery that I couldn't resist doing a trick. Here they rolled to the sesame with a beautiful black color thanks to the charcoal. The roll is slightly glazed with sugar, and has a leafy and very airy texture. The taste of the sesame is becoming more and more powerful when you approach the centre of the roll. I bought a vanilla cake... You really had to know... She's a lot too subtle, we barely feel her. On the other hand, frangipane was much too sweet was it rather vanilla sugar? . In addition, there was very little frangipane 2/3 was leafy paste. I think it's a little too expensive.
