"I had dinner on Saturday night at this place with my boyfriend after a nice walk in the historic center of locorotondo. It has been a beautiful discovery because it is distinguished from the usual restaurants in the center since it offers a beautiful selection of first and not typical, including truffle cutters or wild boar tortelli. we in particular tried lasagnatte to the cod ragù. spectacular. special mention goes to the owner worthy landlord and very prepared . we will gladly return the next time to taste also the desserts that do not look bad."

"Posto situato al centro di Locorotondo. Mandragora proprio come il suo nome offre 'pozioni e porzioni '. Da provare il 'Sashimi di Tonno pinna gialla ' e se disponibile nella giornata lo special dello chef (tortellone di aragosta e bisque di crostacei). Offre una curiosissima drink list e un 'ampia scelta di distillati tra cui una ricca bottiglieria di gin. Indicato nelle giornate non troppo affollate come posto anche per studiacchiare e rilassarsi, nella compagnia del gentilissimo staff."

"Una serata perfetta! tutto inizia con un bel tavolo sul punto di vista che si chiama il lungomare di locorotondo. l'esperienza del grande goto continua con un ignazio molto gentile e affabile che ci ha consigliato sui piatti da poter andare, accompagnato da un ottimo vino rosato. si raggiunge l'apoteosi del goto, poi, con la degustazione di ottimi piatti tipici della cucina pugliese come burratina con pesto di pomodoro, tartare e bruschette con fiorone e stracciatella, tutti da concludere con un ottimo taglio di carne. una cena perfetta, poi, in una posizione di 10 e lode!"

"Holidaying in nearby Casalini we went to this restaurant with the local family we were renting a villa from. Otherwise we would have passed it by and headed up into the old centre at night. We were glad we did though and enjoyed very tasty...menu including 6 of us sharing pizza to start , along with baked aubergines and courgette fritters style, excellent, steak simply served with lemon juice, seasonal greens of chicory, fava beans, came out at roughly 20 Euro per couple. Our hosts ordered so we're not sure how well we'd order with my limited Italian but would certainly recommend."
