The buffet was good the money good choice and good quality perfect

Food was amazing, waitresses very attentive, quite loud due to children.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. The buffet had a great variety of options to choose from.

The food was excellent and timely, excellent personal service. We had an early dinner so might be shy a lot of small children in there.

The food was absolutely incredible here The beef cheek was so moist and flavorful, it was pure heaven The service was actually quite bad.

During a lively competition at the hotel, we were disappointed to find that only a buffet menu was available with no other options. Next time, I will opt to dine in the bar instead.

There are two meat options available on the menu, with the rest being vegetarian. We were disappointed to find that the menu was completely different from what was shown on the website and outside the restaurant. The buffet had been sitting under the lights for too long. The tomato soup tasted bitter as if it had been made with crushed tomatoes.

We had a meal at the Brasserie on Valentines night. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't even a flower in a vase on the table. There were 2 options, Al La Carte menu or buffet 3 courses for £24.95. We opted for the buffet. There was alot of choice for starters, fresh prawns, meats, salads, breads. I had the soup which was piping hot and delicious. Mains were a mix of fish, meats, Thai and was quite tasty but could have been hotter. Desserts were various pastries and mousses and again very nice. Overall good value for money.

The salad buffet was quiet disapointing as a lot of various potatoes/pasta salads too salty and full of mayonnaise. Only one choice of dressing. It would be nice to see more interesting things like hummus, beetroot, crispy onions, croutons etc. The main's carvery meat was really great and I loved the selection of vegs with it but some of it were left on pass for ages so the yorshire pudding the potatoes all was chewy rather than crispy. The best bit about the buffet was the desert selection! But was so glad we didnt go for the menu a la carte all the plates that came out looked unimpressive and quite expensive considering the size.
