"large choice of entries/plats/desserts, including in the gourmet menu. We've been very hesitated by all the things that made us want. The dishes were refined, sought after and the presentation was beautiful. In the entrance we enjoyed with onion soups and seguin salad (chèvre-miel-pancetta). each ingredient was of high quality. In the dish we had meat parts in mastered cooking and sauce with a high quality choice; as well as delightful delicacies with very refined daube. In dessert we took tatin and mellow chocolate pies on the English cream bed. all in generous quantity and all done home. The staff, despite new servers, was in small care and very attentive. the human heat they release is soothing. We will be happy to taste all the other dishes."
