This restaurant is consistently excellent and always a fantastic choice!

Had a great Mai tai here for my partners birthday. Would love to go back to for tea. Lost a star due to slow service.

The price only includes five sandwiches and one pot of tea; everything else is extra. The cakes were inedible, tasting like a bag of sugar, but the scones were good. There are better competitors out there. Ver carta

a large price for a beautiful high tee service. we were only 48 hours in london and love a high tee. They could take us on Tuesday at 12 noon. this place had a beautiful atmosphere and very tasty eating. we loved our way out of the window.

We visited to celebrate a birthday. Staff were exceptional, food was delicious a small birthday dessert was brought out after the main part of the meal. A huge thank you to all the staff working late afternoon on Thursday 2nd Nov for making it a special occasion!

Regrettably, the restaurant was severely overbooked and unable to handle the number of customers. We had to wait for such a long time that I felt lightheaded due to low blood sugar levels. Attentive service, reasonably priced set menu (which changes monthly) and lovely setting. Not too busy when we went on a Sunday evening but it still had a pleasant atmosphere it would be great for a date or a nice meal. The food was good but I was especially pleased with my panna cotta which was delicious. I definitely would come again.

Really loved the food and dessert here. You also pay for a slightly higher ambience. The reason I downgraded this review was because I forgot the riesling wine is a sweet wine and the waiter assured us it was a dry one. I feel at the prices being paid here the waiter should have known. My partner refused to let me complain as they don't like fuss so we left most of the wine unfinished.

while we stayed at the covent garden hotel in august 2016, we had an breakfast in the brasserie max. the breakfast spread, service and menu options were absolutely fantastic and without doubt the most beautiful put together breakfast every hotel I stayed. the continental objects were fresh with a lot of choice with beautiful berries, fruit and pasture, baked and seasoned. also the daily juices and warm menu items were delicious. later in our stay we also visited the bar for an evening drink with canapés, together with a late evening tea sitting outside enjoying the street view. we enjoyed each of our experiences. a beautiful place to enjoy time together with good quality products and service...
