Brewers Fayre Old West Quay

I always enjoy it when my family takes me out to eat at Brewers Fayre Old West Quay. The food is consistently delicious, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonably average.

visit them quite often and never have a problem, big eating and really friendly and helpful staff especially a woman named deb! she always makes the bit extra to make her experience so much better.

Staff nice, food not bad. Couple of issues food baked on plate from pile in hot trolley which needed cleaned. Also food wasn't directly under hot lamps so cooled down very quickly and didn't appear to be at legally required 63° holding temperature for hot food. Ver carta

We dined at this restaurant on our first night in the area and enjoyed a tasty combination starter with a side of chilli and cheese chips. It was just what we needed. The next morning as we headed back home, we stopped by for some coffee. I inquired about the possibility...

I had lunch with my mother, three sisters, and my niece on the Saturday before Mother's Day. The staff was incredibly friendly, making our visit very enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The location is great, too. I highly recommend this place!

The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly and deserve a special mention. The location is beautiful and must be even more stunning in the sun (despite the rainy weather today). The scenery! Oh, the scenery from the quay just outside the restaurant is lovely. The main meal was okay, dessert (the Cadbury Sundae) was fabulous and I enjoyed my signature half and half (Guinness and Coke) drink. I was in a little late at night (half-past 9 and that could be an excuse for the weary hands and legs of the staff.

I had an excellent experience with both the food and the service at this restaurant. I was worried about my steak, but the head of service spoke to the chef, who was accommodating and met my preferences. Despite it being a busy day with no deliveries, the staff managed to handle everything exceptionally well, and most diners seemed very satisfied. (Of course, there will always be a few large groups that are hard to please; a tip for them is to book in advance—it’s really simple.)

many thanks to the manager and the staff that they make my day much easier today when they make my baby and 2 years old. When I came all morning and was glad that I sat here and in the play area all afternoon. faster service and I was not sure that my huh was properly cooked turns out was a vene, but manager insisted that I got a replacement. she got some activity packages to keep my small child busy when she saw that I wasn't done what a superior thing was to do. the lady responsible for the play area is also nice and easy to talk. the whole staff was very nice today and I felt comfortable.
