Brilliant night. Great food. Great customer service. Excellent. Would definitely recommend. Disabled toilets. Disabled access. Child friendly.

Bar staff spot on and very accommodating. Had a bit of a bad work day and the ladies behind the bar made everything fade away. Good work everyone

Myself, my husband and our 6 year old grand daughter went for lunch. I had a perfect medium steak with salad, my husband had scampi and our grand daughter had pizza. All of the food was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We all had a really lovely afternoon.

Arrived late and tired on a Friday night at the next door Premier Inn, and didn't want to go out and find somewhere else to eat. Service was very efficient and friendly. Food was, well, exactly what we expected filled a need, but nothing for which we would make a special trip out.

We booked the function room for a family birthday. We were able to decorate the room beforehand and have our own music in the room. The staff were excellent and the manager on duty Karen was absolutely fantastic. We were looked after so well and would definitely book again for a family get together. Ver carta

Enjoyed our visit at the papermill. Stopped off on our travels after driving back from visiting family in Milton Keynes. The food was very good and service even better. We were served by Shannon, who was delightful and very entertaining. The guy behind the bar is a character and overall we had a wonderful night. We will definitely be returning.

Came here for a last minute family birthday and can’t fault the welcome and the staff at all! What should have been ten or so ended up being 40 plus people but didn’t affect the service… Tash, Kim and the team were amazing… making sure the kiddos were happy and well looked after! Rare to find pub that is so welcoming of kids… We have been regulars ever since!! Thanks Papermill team!!!

The service was absolutely shocking. We placed our order with the young man at the bar who was being very impatient with a staff member who seemed new and he was generally unprofessional in his attitude towards her. We waited 45 minutes before my husband went to check where our starter was. A waitress came over and stated to take our order again but we were assured by the guy at the bar that it was being plated up. 10 minutes later the waitress comes out with our mains and when I told her that we still hadn’t had our starters, she rolled her eyes and took the mains back to the kitchen where they were clearly put under hot lamps until we had finished our starters as the egg on my mixed grill...
