Love it, great atmosphere , friendly staff and good ales

Great cask beer and great burger. Just want to get a good burger before I left the UK, and this hit the spot.

came to this beautiful little pub with my wife and son and eating was excellent the staff was friendly and hospitable the service was first class I will certainly be back

The restaurant has a fantastic variety of drinks to choose from. The food is reasonably priced and comes in generous portions. However, there was a slight delay in receiving our food.

Just wanted a quick sandwich and was passing,brilliant food,Chicken Club and Ham and Tomato,very filling,well presented too,quite substantial, great little place and staff team,I should visit more often, can recommend Ver carta

without doubt the best pub food for miles round, eating is sublime and service is second to none, always recommend a look at the specials board. delicious food, beautiful pub, a great selection of ales and a wonderful team. they will not be disappointed.

Visited here this week whilst working in the area. Great pub with large outdoor seating area in the middle of town. Lovely staff. Had a great chat with the barmaid who happened to be from where I live in Lancashire. Great atmosphere and everyone made...you feel welcome. Top pub.

This pub is absolutely stunning. They have 10 authentic ales on tap and also offer food. The outdoor seating is beautiful and inviting. They have specials on Tuesdays and serve breakfast from 10-11:30. The pub supposedly home to two ghosts, adding to its charm. The staff is kind and welcoming. Ver carta
