Bridge Bistro - Carta

My partner has been raving since last night about how it was the best meal he's had in years (aside from my cooking, of course!). Everything was lovely, except for the aioli. I would definitely love to dine here again.

I just had another outstanding meal at the Bridge Bistro. It's simply amazing how Phil maintains such a high standard of culinary excellence. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough—it's truly some of the best food in Britain.

we booked a table on Friday. the food service was first class. a small but beautiful menu. we loved the fact that only the correct attention was shown to us. in other restaurants it can sometimes be something above the dead. the ambiente was beautiful, the staff very friendly. thanks bridge bistro.

We went for lunch this week, and although we hadn't made a reservation, we didn't have to wait long. "Gin o'clock" was a hit at our table, with a great selection of gins and complimentary tonic during that time. The fish goujons were fantastic, and the tartar sauce was the best I've ever had. We will definitely be back!

We had a really excellent lunch with great service, I would highly recommend this little place. My partner and I had the kofta burger which was perfectly cooked and juicy. The kids had the pasta and chicken from the children’s menu, great portions and really tasty. You could really tell it was all homemade. We would definitely return Ver carta

Lovely cafe. Good service. More importantly, the food was unreal. I had the most incredible soup I have ever had and I am well aware that soups are not usually the most exciting dish in the world. The sea bass grapefruit combination was also marvelous! If you don't want to be disappointed, you should definitely try and book in advance!

Firstly, this is in a wonderful setting, in an old converted chapel. We have two dogs, and are always delighted when we find a location that combines excellent food, service and ambience with being dog friendly Secondly, it was clear that the hosts knew we were coming and had already set our table with space for our two medium and large) dogs. Thirdly, the food and service were both excellent- so much so that we immediately re-booked for this coming Friday! The owners were lovely and attentive. We could not fault the food, drink I had a wonderful refreshing Harbour Brewery Daymer Pale Ale) and atmosphere. Thanks again!

We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at The Bridge Bistro. The staff were very welcoming and the ambiance was just perfect. Our three course meal was delicious. We particularly liked the Parma ham and goats cheese with walnut salad for starters. We then had the bridge burgers which were very filling and tasty too, the beetroot slaw on the side complimented the dish. We of course have that extra stomach for deserts and had my favourite sticky toffee pudding which is out of this world with clotted cream, I had a scoop of ice cream too.
